Oregano oil or Oil of Oregano, (whichever way you prefer to say it) is a medicine cabinet staple for the crunchy Mom.
When it comes to fighting off fungus, infection, and colds you’re hard pressed to find a better natural remedy. There’s only one problem – the oil – it burns!
Unless you enjoy having your esophagus engulfed in flames I wouldn’t recommend taking Oregano straight from the bottle.

Just make sure you buy oregano oil capsules made from wild Mediterranean Oregano.
A tad bit of advice, make sure you take it with FOOD! You will be burping up oregano and it is not pleasant…
